There are many websites that offer you the chance to follow your pregnancy day by day. From fetal development to changes in your own body, these sites help you to track your pregnancy in a new and up to date way. Many of these sites have you enter your due date, so the information is customized for your pregnancy. Day by day updates are available on some, while others focus on each week of pregnancy. Whichever site you choose, you will have more information than you ever thought possible.

iVillage.com offers several options to track your pregnancy day by day. If you are a member of their site (it is free to join – you just need an email address), you can enter your due date, and get a daily pregnancy calendar. This allows you to follow your pregnancy day by day. It includes an ultrasound picture of what your baby probably looks like, and what you might be experiencing on that day. There is also a link to connect with other moms who are expecting the same time as you. If you would prefer to not join their site, a week by week guide is available to all. The updates are similar to what you get as a member, but have fewer images and cover a week at a time.

Pregnancy&Baby.com, an offshoot of SheKnows.com, also offers a day by day pregnancy calendar based on your due date. You do not have to be a member to see the calendar; you just enter your due date. The information here is more general (how many weeks pregnant you are, your baby’s age, and how many days left until your due date), but each day there is a helpful tip given. These include tests that you should have at this point in your pregnancy, diet and exercise tips, and tips for being a new mom.

Using your due date (you do not have to register to use the site), it gives you a printable calendar with a fact or tip for each day. Some days have information about the growth of your baby, others have pregnancy facts that fit with the current development (“Until day 15, baby is considered a zygote”), and others have tips for the mom (looking for a doctor, diet, etc.).
